Builders

Each lot comprises 35 acres of stunning wilderness, providing virtually endless space and easy access to our state’s breathtaking wildlife. They merge serenity with modern comforts, including:

• Underground power, serviced by Poudre Valley REA (underground power runs adjacent to the lot. The builder must tie in and pull power into the lot.)
• Potable well water (wells will be drilled and built by the buyer; lots do not come with wells.)
• Propane gas (Builder must set their own underground tank to access propane.)
• Septic sanitation systems (Designed & built at buyer’s expense.)
• High-speed satellite internet (Available through Starlink or local providers at buyer's expense.)
• Future fiber optics (Conduit for future fiber optics is laid at the site.)

You can hire your own builder, or you can use ours. Regardless of who you choose, you’ll have the space to devise, personalize, and implement your blueprints and construction plans. You’ll work with your builder throughout the entire process, bringing your dream home to life.
